1. Bersedia menjadi anggota CU KELING KUMANG.
2. Berjenis kelamin Laki-laki dan perempuan.
3. Berusia maksimal 30 tahun.
4. Pendidikan minimal SLTA (Semua Jurusan).
5. Bersedia melaksanakan visi, misi, dan nilai-nilai inti CU KELING KUMANG.
6. Tidak ada hubungan derajat ke satu (bapak-anak, adik-beradik, suami-istri) dengan PENGURUS, PENGAWAS, KOMITE, AKTIVIS atau calon aktivis sesama pelamar.
7. Mengirim surat lamaran tertulis (Tulis tangan) dengan melampirkan :
A. 1 lembar fotocopy KTP.
B. 1 lembar fotocopy Kartu Keluarga.
C. 1 lembar fotocopy Ijazah Terkhir.
D. 1 lembar fotocopy SIM C/SIM A.
E. 1 lembar fotocopy buku tabungan SISKA.
F. 1 lembar fotocopy buku pinjaman anggota (bagi anggota yang sudah meminjam di CU KELING KUMANG).
G. Daftar Riwayat Hidup.
H. Pas Fhoto warna ukuran 4R penuh badan (1 lembar dan 3 lembar ukuran 4x6).
I. Surat pernyataan bersedia mengikuti proses seleksi.
J. Melampirkan sertifikat berbagai kursus (jika ada) dan surat pengalaman kerja.
8. Lamaran di buat 1 rangkap dalam 1 amplop plastik warna biru.
9. Lamaran yang di proses adalah lamaran yang di antar langsung ke kantor TP. Rumah Puyung Sintang, Jl. Y.C. Oevang Oeray No. 33 Baning Kota oleh yang bersangkutan dan memenuhi semua persyaratan.
10. Amplop lamaran mulai di terima tanggal 7 februari 2011 dan paling lama di terima tanggal 26 februari 2011.
